Flexco® Belt Lifter
Lifting a tensioned conveyor belt to replace worn idlers or to set up a splicing station can be a difficult and hazardous job, especially if you're using two-by-fours with chains. Flex-Lifter has the highest safe lift rating available at 4,000 lbs (1,810kg) and comes in medium and large for varying belt widths. Each model can lift both topside (troughed or flat) belts and return side belts.
Flexco® Far-Pul® Belt Clamps
Far-Pul are the easy-to-use, lightweight and sturdy belt clamps. With a load capacity up to three tons (2.7 metric tons) when used with two 1-1/2-ton chain come-alongs, it securely grips belts up to 1" (25mm) thick. Adjusts easily to fit a variety of belt widths and provides even tensioning across the entire belt width. Designed for both heavy-duty and light-duty applications.
Flexco® Skiver
Portable, lightweight skiver adjusts easily and precisely to various cutting depths. It's easy to carry and operate around the job site - even in cramped operating environments. Use on rubber-covered belts with top covers 3/16" (1.5mm) to 3/8" (10mm) deep in a single pass. Deeper skives can be achieved with multiple passes.

Clipper® 845LD Belt Cutter
A sturdy, safe, simple and portable tool specially designed for cutting wide belts. The enclosed blade is handle-driven from either end, cutting belts up to 1/2" (12mm) thick. Available in widths of 36", 48", 60" and 72" (900, 1200, 1500, and 1800mm).
